Dawn’s practice encompasses a broad range of employment law issues acting for employees and employers. She has extensive experience advising employees on termination packages, constructive dismissal and human rights. She has also advised clients on legal issues relating to just cause, employment contracts, breach of fiduciary obligations, employment standards, negligent misrepresentation, and other workplace issues.

Dawn brings a wealth of litigation experience to the firm and has acted for employers and employees in civil proceedings at all levels of Court in the Province, as well as claims involving human rights and employment standards issues. She also has broad mediation experience in a wide variety of proceedings including human rights matters and civil actions. In all of her cases, Dawn focuses on negotiation and mediation tools to bring about a resolution of disputes for her clients as expeditiously and effectively as possible.

Dawn has spoken at firm client seminars on employment law topics and has written related papers for presentation to client and lawyer groups.
